Introduction
NEP-AUS WOMEN FINANCE PTY LTD was established under Corporation Act 2001 and is taken to be registered in New South Wales. It is a Proprietary company and is limited by shares.
The company is registered with ASIC on 1 March 2012.
As the company name itself reflects that the company offers its shares to female members only and the number of members for the time being of the Company is not to exceed fifty. Where two or more persons hold one or more shares in the company jointly, they will for the purpose of this clause be treated as a single member.

It is our mission to protect members investment, optimize returns from invested funds where our company values gives us a positive marketing advantage, allowing us to serve our members and to deliver our social goals as a successful Nep-Aus Women Finance Company, while making a reasonable financial return to our member-owners.
